An open plan kitchen living area for family life. This kitchen was designed and made for a new extension to the 1920s house where the couple had raised their children, and now enjoy spending time with their grandchildren.
Having spent many years in the USA they were keen to bring a bit of clean, uncluttered modern American style into their home with what they called ‘great lines’. To be combined with a flush fitting fridge freezer, plenty of storage, prep space, and places to sit. This was blended with a touch of traditional style with their reconditioned Aga and the handmade Shaker style cupboards. The result is this monochrome beauty, wonderfully light and spacious; a really happy place to be.
